Roofing is not a commodity — the crew, the materials, and the installation method determine whether your roof lasts 15 years or 40 years. We've been proving that on Long Island for over two decades.
As a GAF Master Elite® certified contractor, we're in the top 3% of roofers in the entire country. That certification isn't handed out — it requires proven track record, insurance, licensing, and ongoing training. It also unlocks GAF's most powerful warranties, including the Golden Pledge® Lifetime Warranty that covers both materials and labor.
We don't subcontract your roof to unknown crews. The team that shows up is ours — trained, insured, and accountable to us and to you.

We get on your roof — not just look at it from the driveway. We assess decking condition, flashing, ventilation, and existing layers. You get an itemized written quote with zero obligation.
We walk you through GAF shingle options, color profiles, and warranty tiers. You choose what fits your home and your budget — we never upsell you into something you don't need.
Your driveway gets tarped. The old roofing is removed completely — no layovers. We inspect every inch of the decking and replace any damaged boards before anything new goes on.
Ice & water shield, underlayment, drip edge, ridge vent, starter course, shingles, and step flashing — installed in the correct sequence, by our own trained crew.
Every nail is collected with a magnet sweep. All debris is removed. We walk the job with you, address anything you want to look at, and leave your property cleaner than we found it.
Most people only think about shingles. A GAF System install means every layer underneath is engineered to work together — and that's what separates a 15-year roof from a 40-year roof.
No layovers. Installing new shingles over old ones voids manufacturer warranties and traps heat. We always tear off completely — it's the only right way to do it.
We're certified and partnered with the top roofing manufacturers in North America — so every roof we install is backed by premium materials and the strongest warranties available.
As a GAF Master Elite® contractor — top 3% nationwide — we're authorized to back every installation with one of the strongest warranties in the industry.
A leak rarely originates where the water shows up inside. Chasing moisture damage without finding the entry point means you'll be calling a roofer again in six months.
Our repair process starts with a full diagnostic — we look at flashing, pipe boots, valleys, nail pops, ventilation, and step flashing against walls. We find where water is actually entering and fix that, not just the visible damage.

GAF has been making roofing products for over 130 years. They know what fails and why. Their materials are engineered specifically for the conditions — wind, ice, heat — that Long Island roofs face.
Our Master Elite certification means we're tested, verified, and approved by GAF to install their products at the highest level. Less than 3% of roofing contractors in the country hold this designation. It's the reason we can offer the Golden Pledge® warranty when most contractors can't.

We don't ask for reviews. We earn them.
"Crew showed up at 7am, tore off my old roof, and had the new GAF shingles on by 4pm. The yard was spotless when they left — my neighbor couldn't believe they'd done a full replacement in one day. The quality of the installation was obvious. Highly recommend."
"I had two other roofers come out and both just wanted to sell me a full replacement. J. Great came out, went up on the roof, and told me I had five more good years and just needed a flashing repair. Honest and professional. That's who I'll call when I actually do need a new roof."

Straight answers to the questions we hear most often.
The main factors are age, extent of damage, and cost-to-repair vs. cost-to-replace. A roof under 15 years old with isolated damage is usually a repair. A roof over 20 years old with widespread granule loss, sagging decking, or multiple leak points is typically better served by replacement. We'll tell you honestly which one makes sense — we don't push replacements when repairs will do the job.
A standard residential roof replacement takes one day for most Long Island homes. We arrive early, work continuously through the day, and complete tear-off, installation, and cleanup before we leave. Larger or more complex roofs may take two days. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the quote process.
It depends on the cause of damage. Storm damage (wind, hail, falling trees) is almost always covered. Age-related wear and gradual deterioration typically isn't. If you suspect storm damage, call us before you call your insurance company — we'll do a free inspection and help you document the damage properly before you file a claim.
You don't need to be present for the work itself, but we do recommend being available at the start so we can walk through any last-minute questions, and at the end for the final walkthrough. If you can't be home, we'll document the completed work with photos and go over everything when it's convenient for you.
As a GAF Master Elite contractor, we offer warranty tiers that most roofers can't — including the Golden Pledge® Lifetime Warranty that covers both materials and labor. The specific warranty depends on the shingle product and system you choose. We'll walk through all warranty options during your free estimate so you can make the right decision for your home.
Installing new shingles over old ones voids the manufacturer's warranty, adds excessive weight to your home's structure, prevents proper inspection of the decking, and shortens the lifespan of your new roof significantly. No reputable contractor installs a layover if they want the job to last. We always tear off completely — it's the only way to do it right.
